Monitoring student travel activity just got more transparent! Now, you don’t need to rely only on attendance reports as boarding and deboarding times are visible directly within live tracking screens for quicker, on-the-spot insights.

  • Student List View now shows Onboarded & Deboarded times right next to attendance status.
  • If no data is available, you’ll see “–” for clarity.
  • All information updates in real time for accurate monitoring.

1.2 Driver Retirement Reminder

Staying on top of driver milestones just got easier! You can now set up reminders for driver retirement dates, ensuring you never miss important transitions in your fleet.

  • A new “Retirement Date” field is added in the Driver Configuration screen.
  • A dedicated “Driver Retirement” reminder type is now available under Driver reminders.
  • Reminders are auto-calculated based on Birthdate + Retirement Date.
  • Alerts are triggered on time to help you plan staffing smoothly.
  • Updates are fully reflected in the Manager App.

1.3 Smarter Trip Creation & Modification

Trip planning just got more flexible! Now, you can create or modify trips without compulsory routing—giving you more control while still ensuring accuracy.

Routing Option

  • Routing is now optional when creating trips via Copy from Trip or Playback, and for Modify Trip.
  • A new checkbox lets you choose whether to route with all points or skip it.
  • If any checkpoint lies outside the defined path, you’ll get a clear error message to fix it before saving.
  • Manual trip creation continues to work with compulsory routing, as before.

1.4 Student Travel to Another Bus Alert

Keeping student journeys transparent just got better! The Student Travel to Another Bus alert is no longer limited to parents—it’s now available for managers and drivers too, ensuring stronger monitoring and accountability.

  • The alert is now part of the Manager Alert category by default.
  • Optional checkboxes let you extend alerts to Parents and/or Drivers
  • Alerts include student name, trip, vehicle, location, and date for full clarity.
  • Drivers see alerts in their Driver App & Reports, while parents continue to receive updates in the Parent App & Reports (if enabled).
  • Managers always receive the alert automatically.

1.5 Quick Attendant Assignment from Tooltip

Managing attendants is now faster and easier! You no longer need to navigate through multiple screens—attendants can be reassigned directly from the Object Tooltip.

  • An Edit icon now appears next to the Attendant name in the tooltip.
  • Click it to open the new Attendant Assignment popup.
  • Select a new attendant from the dropdown and update instantly.
  • Changes reflect immediately across Live Tracking, Trip Schedules, Allocated User screens, and Mobile Apps.

  • A new “Location” column is now added to your Employee XLS downloads.

  • If no location is assigned, you’ll see “–” until it’s updated.
